python3-webcolors software package provides python3 library of color names and value formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-webcolors
python3-webcolors is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-webcolors package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-webcolors *
You will get with python3-webcolors package name, version, architecture and description in a table
